Grounded Dance Company provides an opportunity for those who have had to push dancing aside to bring it back into their life. I want dancers of all shapes, sizes and life stories to help bring the art of dancing to the artistic community of Salida. Grounded Dance Company is an Adult Contemporary Dance Company with performance opportunities on stage and in nature. The movement style is strongly influenced by contemporary and jazz dance styles with a hint if yoga and mindfulness. Dance classes are open to all adults (18+) and have a technique based focus. Movement style will change weekly, allowing anyone to drop in at anytime. Two classes are offered, one for the Beginning/Intermediate dancer and one for the Intermediate/Advanced/Company Members.
