Writer’s Workshop in Buena Vista June 7, 2014

Colorado author BK Loren will lead a writing workshop, “Write from the Start: Word, Line, Voice and Structure” 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7 at the Sangre de Cristo Electric Association, 28780 N. U.S. 24 in Buena Vista.

This workshop is sponsored by the Chaffee County Writers Exchange. The class is aimed at fiction and non-fiction writers at all levels. The workshop will explore the smallest element of any piece of prose: the word.

The Writers Exchange will provide coffee and tea. Participants should take a dish to share for a potluck lunch and a pen and pad for the workshop. Cost is $35 for Writers Exchange members and $45 for non-members. For more information visit their website or call Joan Freeman, 719-836-4846.
