Wild and Scenic Film Festival – Salida March 18
The Greater Arkansas River Nature Association and Central Colorado Conservancy have led the way in bringing environmental films to the Upper Arkansas Valley. The two organizations are again partnering to bring the Wild & Scenic Film Fest 2017, a world-renowned tour of the latest, cutting-edge environmental films, to Buena Vista on Friday, March 17 and to Salida on Saturday, March 18. The two events will benefit GARNA and CCC and include environmental and adventure films with unique films shown each night. Both evenings promise an “incredible selection of films to change your world.” Considered one of the nation’s premiere environmental and adventure film festivals, this year’s films combine stellar film making, beautiful cinematography and first-rate storytelling.
