Salida Soup tonight February 16 at 6 p.m.
Salida Soup is a monthly community-based dinner where participants, through this microgranting event, assist a variety of projects in the Upper Arkansas River Valley.
Join us each month for the evolution of fundraising. Bring a pre-packaged food item (a main dish of soup will be provided) and a $5 donation to be eligible to vote on the evening’s presentations. As a diner, you will hear five-minute pitches from community members who need funding for projects that are beneficial to the community. Enjoy food, drink, art and music, then choose the winning proposal to receive the evenings donations.
Salida Soup is held at the SteamPlant Event Center Ballroom at 220 West Sackett Avenue in Salida, Colorado.
